A fully executed contract and a down payment of 50% of the rental rate is required to guarantee a reservation. Payment may be made via check or PayPal. The remaining 50% of the rental rate, cleaning fee, taxes and security deposit must be paid at least 30 days before occupancy, or your reservation is subject to cancellation.

A cancellation charge of up to 20% of the rental fee may be levied if the reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to the date of occupancy. A cancellation of 100% of the rental fee may be levied if the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days prior to the date of occupancy.

No pets are permitted at the house and no smoking is permitted inside the house.

Check-in time is 4 pm and check-out time is 11 am.
